The Little Mermaid Ariel Feet

The Little Mermaid Ariel Feet

Let's face it, Ariel from The Little Mermaid is a beloved character, but have you ever stopped to think about her feet? Or should I say, her lack thereof? I mean, the girl trades in her beautiful voice for a pair of legs, and we're all supposed to be okay with that. But are we really?

Think about it, Ariel goes from being a stunning mermaid with a flawless tail to a clumsy human with wobbly legs. And for what? So she can be with Prince Eric and live happily ever after? I'm not so sure about that. I mean, have you seen Prince Eric's dancing skills? Not exactly the most impressive thing to trade your voice for.

The Pros and Cons of Having Feet

On the one hand, having feet would be amazing for Ariel. She could run on the beach, feel the sand between her toes, and dance the night away with Prince Eric. But on the other hand, feet are so much work! You have to wash them, moisturize them, and deal with blisters and smelly socks. Not to mention the agony of wearing high heels. Is it really worth it?

As Ursula would say, "Poor unfortunate souls" who have to deal with feet problems. I mean, who needs that kind of stress in their life?

And let's not forget about the whole walking thing. Ariel goes from swimming effortlessly through the ocean to stumbling around on land. It's like, girl, you're used to gliding through the water, not tripping over your own feet. It's a big adjustment, to say the least.

But despite all the cons, Ariel is determined to make it work. She's like, "I'll take the feet, thank you very much!" And we're all supposed to be like, "Yay, Ariel! You're so brave!" But are we really thinking about the long-term effects of having feet? I mean, what about foot fungus and ingrown toenails? Not exactly the most glamorous things to deal with.

The Verdict

So, is having feet really worth it for Ariel? I'm not so sure. I mean, she's a mermaid, for fin's sake! She's meant to be swimming through the ocean, not stumbling around on land. But hey, who am I to judge? Maybe Ariel loves her new feet and wouldn't trade them for the world. Maybe she's like, "Feet are amazing! I'll never go back to being a mermaid again!"

But if I'm being completely honest, I think Ariel made a big mistake. I mean, who needs feet when you can have a beautiful tail and swim through the ocean with ease? Not me, that's for sure. Give me a pair of fins any day!

As Flounder would say, "You're fin-tastic just the way you are, Ariel!" And I have to agree, Ariel is much better off as a mermaid.

In the end, it's all about perspective. Maybe Ariel loves her new life on land, and that's okay. But for me, I'll stick with being a land-lover who appreciates the simple things in life, like not having to deal with foot problems. So, Ariel, if you're reading this, just know that I think you're brave for trying out this whole feet thing, but I'm good without them, thanks!
